A good friend of mine ordered an expensive pair of shoes and as christmas gift for her boyfriend and they were stolen from the lobby. Not only was it specified that they should NOT be left in the lobby, there was a very clear notice to not do so and it was left there anyways. As a result, it was stolen and softmoc has been nothing but unhelpful and even combative! I am appalled at this level of service especially at this time of the year. Order #1923109 was the stolen order. Not only won't I be supporting this business, I will be telling everyone else not to shop here at well as a result! Do better, Softmoc!
I want to recognize Casey who took her time to entertain a two years old toddler(my daughter) while I shop for her cousin. She was very patient and nice with her and I was so so thankful for her. Her colleague was also very helpful at finding the right shoe for him.
We had been to a few locations recently and Ethan at Tangers Outlet was by far the best person we have dealt with. He was on it and multi tasking with several other customers. He was quick, informative and super helpful. It was a great experience! Thanks Ethan!!!
Wonderful service by Alexia today. She supported me in finding the right Blundstone fit, and in the colour I wanted, to accommodate the sheep skin insert so I could get my preferred shoe versus the limited winter version. Very down to earth. Though she was also supporting other customers, she was still swift.
Casey helped me find my perfect shoe, was attentive and very helpful, i came in looking for one pair and left with two!! I couldn’t be happier and will recommend everyone to this location! Thank you once again Casey!
