At Cookstown outlet mall: Today is November 22,2025 at 12:15pm. 4 female staff standing together and talking. Not one approached to ask to help us or other customers inside -all fending for ourselves. We asked them if they worked there and they looked at us like we were dumb or something……..like the end of the world. Attitude on their behalf. One finally decided to come over. She found the size. I tried them on. Had a tough time to remove the shoes so I asked for help. It took the girl 3 times to understand my request. As she helped me the other 3 started talking and laughing at us….they were looking right at us. Another set of customers made a comment to them that instead of them talking about their lives to approach and help customers. I put my shoes back on and walked straight out. Better service they would have had a sale. Not today. Get better staff who understand customer service and care.
Amazing experience at the Aldo at tanger outlets. Hailey was the lady who was super helpful and professional. She helped me find the right sizing and went out of her way to ensure I felt confident in the items I purchased. Hailey made me feel valued as a customer, all while also tending to other customers with the same professionalism. Thank you so much.
Worst store ever,they put fake discount banners and when i ask for discount ,they said its marketing strategy.Hats off to your strategy ,recommend everyone not go there.
The employees worked July 1, 2022 at approximately 11:30 am. 4 of them was working at the time 2 female, 2 male worst people to deal with seems to me that they don't want to work they don't care about the customers The most horrible experience I've ever had. This ought to replace them as soon as possible.
If I could give a 0/5 I would. The workers are horrible. I brought in shoes to return and the lady through my box on the table and ignored me the entire time. Was a horrible experience, but I just left it as is. Then today I came in, and bought new shoes and the same ladies were working. I gave them my email for 25% off and they laughed at me and said it will only save you 10$, And continued laughing in my face. Never coming back this location.
Never gonna do an online order ever!! customer service is so poor if only i can give half star. One of the cashier typed in the wrong address we call back and they refuse to help us. She just said "I cannot help you about that." Did not even say sorry about her colleague's fault.
Went in to spend money plus I was getting 20% off because it was my best could I spend money not on your life the young lady just did not want to help. What is wrong does people not enjoy their job anymore I had to leave I was imposing
