There was no one to help,I had to move the ladder stairs ,a women came over and gave me shit for moving the ladder stairs.we had to look after are selves,in the end my wife and decided not to get the two pair of shoes.Over 400.00 in shoes,and you lost your customer and years as a customer. She was also miserable with other women.learn customer service.

Staff were very helpful. Personally I'm just not a fan of rummaging thru boxes to look for sizes and styles but the staff were eager to give some assistance

Came in on a Monday, no one approached us to help but I was looking at a shoe by the cash counter. Clerk looks up from his phone and I was expecting "how may I help you" but got "you're behind my counter". Any way, still looking at items and the clerk left for the back room to have a conversation. I guess somethings are more important than customers
Spent several hours there yesterday with my elderly mom. Thanks to Mikaela (sorry if that's spelled wrong), we were able to find a pair of shoes that fit her feet! She was so patient & offered valuable assistance to mom & other customers. Thank you again!
