I recently visited the Suzy Shier store and had a very uncomfortable experience as a customer. While shopping, I witnessed an older employee with white hairs loudly shouting at a very young girl who appeared to be working there. The girl looked quite small and seemed genuinely confused, as she was being accused of something she said she never did. What bothered me the most was that this happened publicly, in front of customers. As a parent with a daughter around the same age, it really affected me. A workplace—especially in retail—should be supportive and professional, not intimidating or humiliating for young employees. Situations like this should be handled calmly and privately, not through shouting on the sales floor. I hope management looks into this and ensures a more respectful environment for their staff.
I had a wonderful experience at Suzy Shier today. Nicole, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made me feel welcome and was genuinely sweet and kind throughout the visit. I really appreciated her support and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location!

Their energy, kindness, and expertise were truly exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, making me feel valued and appreciated throughout my visit. What stood out the most was their contagious enthusiasm and how genuinely they seemed to enjoy assisting me. They offered thoughtful advice, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole experience so much fun. After visiting several stores in the mall with zero assistance or success, I popped by in a last ditch effort to find a pair of jeans. Maddy was so incredibly helpful in finding sizes, styles and cuts that suited my needs that I went home with seven new pairs! Top notch service, great prices and excellent fit.

Deceptive signage. Entire store was 30-50% off the tag prices. One rack had giant 50% off signs on it but the items already had marked down stickers and they were not 50% off as the sign they were arranged under would suggest. Waste of time.
