Bought discounted items from this Guess outlet store and the cashier did not apply the discount. It should not be my responsibility to check if a discount is applied or not, it should be automated. I had to ask them to adjust it. Also they overcharged me 10 dollars extra. The tag said 39.99 and i was charged 49.99 for the item. Thankfully I checked the bill while i was still in the mall and they adjusted, however it was pretty inconvenient and honestly surprising.
Not happy with how dirty the purse is that I bought as a gift. Days after leaving the store I went to wrap the purse and noticed that there were many small scuffs and rusty looking marks on the leather-like material. Unsure why the store would sell bags in this condition unless they were clearly marked as imperfect.
Clean store, everything is very organized, the store staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice design, too much bling on everything, but I guess that's current fashion.
I'm very disappointed with the guess factory I did a online order all went well until it came to shipping the order!!!! 2 weeks went by with out it be shipped I called customer service and all they told me was its a problem with the wear house and there is nothing they can do about it!!!!( the customer service was so unhelpful) So I have to wait until it gets shipped ....on week 3 still hasn't shipped .....this is my first experience with the guess factory and most like will be my last one
I love Guess clothing so much. I was so excited about shopping here. A lady named Christina helped me and she was so lovely. So personable. Very good shopping experience!
Had such a great experience in store today thanks to Melissa! She was extremely kind and attentive and all around had such an upbeat attitude! She informed me of all the sales and helped me find the perfect items! Definitely deserves recognition! Will happily be back!
