Awful customer service, on a holiday season that you have several bags in your hand, they won’t let you in the fitting rooms, only had one item to try and one bag in my hand with paid merchandise in it from another store, and they expected me to leave my bag on the floor, hello what if someone walks out with it, will you be able or care enough to stop it?!?! I normally don’t shop here I stopped for their ugly sweaters, but never coming back !
Company policies on returns need to be revised, Staff need better training, not a clue how to deal with product issues, stupid answers that undermines costumer intelligence. Location in Cookstown Mall.

Lots of great deals here. There is a variety of different types of clothing to suit the individual. They also stock various sizes which can accommodate many body sizes.
I wished there was a zero star. I have been in retail management for over 20 years. This was my first and last visit at this specific location A word of advice to higher management, I do know it's not my place to say this... But it would help alot if you hire passionate candidates that enjoy dealing with customers rather than fill a body to cover a shift. I could not get out of that store fast enough
Went back to school shopping here and my daughter was disappointed in the lack of variety in jeans. However, if you only want skinny jeans, then this your kind of store.
