Someone can explain how a quarter chicken coast 18.99/20.99 and a whole chicken anywhere coast 13.99? I don’t know why I came back and I decided say no thanks and I left with empty hands. 2611/2025 it’s an absurd. Always open your order before u leave ! Always there’s mistakes, missing products! How can u order chicken and salad and they forgot the salad??? Another day burguer and fries and pop they forgot the fries and the pop !!
I came here to this fairly new Swiss chalet location ordered quarter chicken with fries! "Fries were NOT swiss chalet fries" They only have and serve with Harvey's fries as this building is shared with Harvey's and Swiss chalet. Just letting another customers know before ordering their chicken meals.
We a had a issue with proof of vaccine on Saturday my aunt lives in a retirement residence in Innisville and had no proof of vaccination . The manager was extremely helpful and was able to get it and gave my aunt a paper copy for future use . Much appreciated for helping us out . Thanks very much K . P.
We were very disappointed. We found out that this location does not serve salad! We wanted to dine in and had to eat with cheap plastic forks and when my husband took the first bite he bit off two of the prongs of the fork. We will not eat there again.
Was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes over the phone. I Showed up late. Waited over half an hour. The store was not busy at all. I saw a bunch of people ordering there and getting it before me. I'm still sitting here and there's 1 person in the store. I just went up to the counter and they said I was early so they made everyone else's food first! Why did I even call it in.l? It would have been faster if I just went in and ordered. So frustrating! That's the point of calling... So I didn't have to wait. Something is seriously wrong here. Ridiculous! I gave it 2 stars because I have ordered here before and the food is okay. Still don't like the fries situation. Seems like this place is run by kids!
The crew there seam to screw up the order or forget something 50% of the time. But they seam to admit it when you realize it and call in and they try fix and reimburse.
We ordered Swiss Chalet from the Alcona location for dinner and we all unanimously agreed that it was the best Swiss Chalet we have ever had. The chicken was fresh, the rolls were soft and warm and everyone was pleased with their sides. The service at the location was also very quick and friendly, and overall, we are very pleased with our experience!
