I got the opportunity to work with Dave Roberts for my purchase. This guy was incredible. He really went out of his way to accommodate me as we explored different accessories & options for my sled. He sent me pictures, made enquires on availability, made recommendations based on his knowledge and experience etc. He was also extremely patient as I was somewhat indecisive at times making decisions. His attention to detail along with his commitment to ensure I was 100% satisfied was 2nd to none. Dave was a true professional throughout the entire process & for that I was extremely grateful for his efforts. You couldn’t have a better guy to help you. I would also like to thank the manager Adam Moreau for his input along with the service department who put my sled together. I brought my boat there to get Winterized and wrapped in October, but when I unwrapped my boat on Mother’s Day I noticed a massive dent on the drivers side. When I called to talk to the service manager, they told me the old one had left, and there was a new service manager. When I talked to the new service manager, he told me that They were gonna check the footage from when the boat was brought in (of coarse he said it didn’t show anything but wouldn’t let me see it!) I know for damn sure that dent was not there when I dropped it off but they are trying to cover their butts because they put on the invoice it was brought in like that. NOT TRUE! I will guarantee they will never touch my boat again!
Bought a 275 Yamaha there a few years back it was the worst experience I ever had save yourself the headaches - If you order any items, do not pay them until they’re installed. They are a bunch of scammers —stored my boat there last year they broke my jack cost $600 and take no responsibility they add extra cost without your knowledge or agreement - save yourself the disappointment -
Service registration desk is awesome! Other than that don't go! Asked for an oil change, rear brake adjustment and clutch leaver adjustment. The last 2 I wasn't charged for, told me they did it though, BUT, did not adjust the two main things I went in for. So all in all 240 bucks for an oil change for a crf300l. I will not be back and recommend nobody else go. There were other issues as well...Just can't be bothered anymore with this devision of Dewilt.
The worst experience I ever had at a parts counter in my life the guy asked me for the part number like it's my job to look that up for him then when I got rude about it and said something about him being lazy i was sworn at called a few names I wish I was closer cause I'm sure it's just a little weasel behind the counter. I wouldn't give them a 1 star but had to
