Unhelpful and secretive when dealing with the theft I experienced at their estate. Edit to venue's response as of Nov 20-2025: A member of Cabrals Catering staff who you partner with STOLE my card and USED my cards immediately after the clean up leaving your venue. Innisfil police took my report and the leading officer told me he never went to look at the cameras so please inform me how you have different information. The officer informed me he CALLED the venue and YOUR STAFF said there was nothing to be seen. The venue said all night no guests from my table got up all night except me and they had no evidence of any servers coming near the table either. Strange. There's a reason the catering haven't reached out and your venue is tied up in this so unfortunately. Thank you for your accusation of me "losing them" when I have proof.
My husband and I got married at Belcroft in July of 2024, and we would pick this venue all over again every time! It is simply stunning. The entire property is one giant garden. We tied the knot in front of the willow tree and it felt so whimsical and grand. The staff are incredible, as are all the vendors they partner with. Can't recommend it enough for your special day!!
It has been one year since my wife and I got married at Belcroft Estates. The team was extremely professional during the entire process and helped make the event easy on both of us. The property is absolutely gorgeous and we got so many compliments from friends and family that attended. Rachael was great during the entire process and helped us plan our big day.
Have photographed a few weddings at Belcroft and loved it every time. The grounds are expansive and there is no shortage of locations for photos. The barn is a beautiful reception space.
We recently had our wedding at belcroft estate (marquee tent) Katie, Rachael, Kassidy, Chris and Meredith were absolutely amazing to work with. The venue was so beautiful. We had many people say it was the best wedding they had ever been to and it was all because of them. All the vendors they suggested were incredible. We could not have asked for a better day thank you ❤️
As a local wedding vendor and business owner, I have had the pleasure of visiting Belcroft Estate on several occasions to participate in the celebrations of local couples, as well as co-host a community market on the grounds. There is something so undeniably charming about standing on the site of a historic family farm, full of stories and memories, as you prepare for a new adventure as a married couple. This peaceful venue has such a diverse background for photography -- from the historic barn to the quiet pond, the shady lane and the ornate historic train car. Belcroft is like a two-for-one -- venue and decor, done and ready for your celebration! On top of this, I have always found the staff very friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed my dog to be onsite for the market I co-hosted! Highly, highly recommend!
We got married in the Belcroft tent in June and could not have had a better experience! Rebecca was extremely helpful and so quick to respond to every little question. I truly felt she was interested in and excited for our wedding. Her day of coordination was just amazing - above and beyond what I imagined, she's a pro. She thinks of everything, knows a bit about everything and takes care of anything that comes up! Loved our experience and our day at Belcroft. Our guests really enjoyed the venue and the space, I only wish it could have been longer!
