Still shady I see ! Ordered tires and rims (has to be at least 3years ago now) from owner and they never ever showed up . Lots of excuses and he took a 500 dollar deposit off my credit card to which he has never returned . Shady Joint ! Sent info ....guess I'll just wait another 3 years! Shame on you ......how do sleep at night you bloody thief !
3 sets of tires, 3 bad experiences. 1st time went in for my appointment to find out that my tires were not ordered. 2nd time I went in, same issue the tires were not delivered and called to confirm the appointment but didnt check if they had the actual tire but offered me a half bottle of washer fluid to make up for it....recently got ice tires, 2 weeks later front tire has a pin hole leak on the side wall and the owner claims it's from a rock....a rock punctured my tire while apparently standing still...in middle of the side wall which never touches the ground...don't waste your time, it's a shifty place that moves around 3 times a year.
Took my car for Brad to inspect one out of the three mechanics and they all assisted on inspecting what the problem was and were honest and I fixed what was important and saved for what needed to be fixed down the road thanks guys
Met Demetrius at the 400 market . Excellent pricing he helped me with my stereo issue it was a simply Bluetooth connection and he didn’t even charge me for his help I will use him for new wheels on my truck in the summer Thank you
Took my husband's truck there for wheel inspection because of vibrations and they helped me with a reballance . They fitted me the same day . Go and see Dimitri
Do not order from here for anything unless you want to wait and wait for rims or tires to come in and also never get an answer when ask questions about your order. You get "I don't have time right now", "I'll call you back" (which doesnt happen). Was told 1-2 weeks, end up being 4 weeks. I was "this close" to cancel the order and take my business somewhere else. If it wasnt for justin who works there to calm mine and my hubby and actually treated us like a customer and not just worrying about making money it would of happened. No one should have to get to the point that they are reconsidering ordering rims/tires all together. Just a heads up!!!
These guys are thieves. Stole $1500~ or so from me when i was younger. Did a bunch of work I did not ask for, and than "needed more money" to complete the job that I asked for in the first place. Despicable, HORRIBLE OWNER. Most of these reviews are bought 5star reviews, don't be fooled, look at the accounts.
