I went to return two jackets, and Alanna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, efficient, and made the visit genuinely enjoyable. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her professionalism and positive attitude!
Absolutely amazing to deal with! Alannah I needed a very specific size in a specific shoe and they were kind enough to make sure it was there and to hold it for me while I drove 2 hours to pick it up. Fast forward 6 weeks and I had a small issue with one of the shoes (I’m quite rough on them - and I also threw away the receipt ) Alannah was absolutely amazing in helping me narrow down the purchase number and even went to the trouble of emailing this copy to a location closer to me. This allowed me to be able to exchange the shoe with no questions asked! Absolutely LOVE all my Columbia gear and will continue to come back for more. I wish I lived closer to this location as Alannah and everyone at this location is great to deal with!
It was great experience to shop for kids going back to school . I would like to thank Melissa who was helping me out. So far i have never met such a helpful associate / employee , like I was in confusion about the size but she was helping me finding perfect sizes for shoes and jackets. In retail industry, We really need more associates and managers like Melissa ?
Wow. If I could give half a star, I would. Absolutely horrific experience with this store a few weeks ago. The management definitely doesn’t know how to run this store. Good luck getting good service here.
Staff is super rude I wanted to apply coupon code after I purchased Item Lady Darika refuses to apply with attitude she said oh this time I am allowing you but next time I wont allow you. Shittiest customer service
Went in today around 11:00-12pm today. The saleswoman at the store was very stand offish and I had to pry out an answer to a pretty straight up question. I asked her what size is normally stated for youth medium and instead of answering the question as it is, she asked if they were for my toddler and how old the child was I was shopping for. I had to state my question again because the variables on my end didn’t affect what Columbia deems are a youth medium. I finally got the answer out of her. I asked another question about Columbias policies - which again was met by a doe in headlights. At the end I apologized for asking her too many question (and having her do her job) because it was clear by her dismissive tone that she wanted me out of there. She said “that’s okay, it’s slow in here anyway” lol I mean, how can you not laugh at such laziness
Went in to buy 2 ski jackets for xmas, i needed help i know nothing about ski jackets i walked about looking for someone for about 10mins. I went to cash i asked could i get help now the store was not busy so i thought it would not take long. The girl said ahe would send someone. 10mins later still no one so i went back and asked again. Still no one so i left. Please do not blame covid you need better leadership in the store and dis i say it was not busy?
