the old polish lady that was working at 10pm on october 18th, was one of the rudest people. we went in an got two subs, when asking about the loyalty card which they have advertised at the till she had no clue what it was and then tried to charge us for extra bacon? she should not be working alone as she clearly has no clue what she is doing. when we left the store we saw her get on the phone and start talking and pointing directly at us. will not be returning.
Well I have to say the quality of the food is absolutely fantastic as I have ordered from this company multiple of times and once again great food as always!
Worse Pizza sub ever! Ate half and could not taste the meat. Called and was told I would get a new sub. Only to go back and argue that this is standard practise! 10 paper thin slices. And then offered to add some slices. Have eaten Mr. Sub for 35 years. Will not go back.
This is for ALL Mr. Sub locations. I personally love Mr Sub, however I absolutely HATE how dry the bread is. I don't know if its just when you guys leave the bags open or what it is but there is never a time that I have gone there and had non dry bread. Drives me up the wall and I know im not the only one thinking this because it leaves your mouth pasty and dry afterwards... I hope this issue can be resolved and Mr Sub can gain more customers from it. Thanks, Shania
