I would not go back here they fixed my phone I’ll give them that but it took almost two weeks for just a iPhone 12 screen and it works but not properly half of the time it doesn’t register when I click on the screen and other times it clicks without me even touching it. This spot was not worth wasting my money on
Very bad service had my phone for over a week and a half .. they keep saying come pick it up tomorrow for a week now … just for a battery issue that they can not fix ..
The gentleman who owns the place is a gem. Such a nice guy and does quality work for a fair price. He fixed my phone months ago and it’s still works great. Thank you
Called, they said they had my screen protector, went, and they didn't have it. They did have it for everything else tho so maybe they made a mistake. No complaints in that regard. Flawless application of screenprotectors and timely repairs of light to moderatly damaged devices.
Don't do what I did and wait a year to get your dying phone battery replaced. Go to this place. Fast, friendly and very affordable service. My very old iPhone works like new and I no longer need to carry a battery pack with me. Love that they are a local family owned shop. Can't recommend enough.
I went there yesterdayAnd ask if they can fix my phone it wasn't charging and that was the third store I visited.He just take the phone he said you need fast charger. I just buy the charger, phone is perfectly good now better than before.other stors told me I need to leave phone for 1 day.and the price was 120.$so thank you. ?????
I have called every day this week! Not one single time has anyone answered and I’m stuck in their IVR with jazz music literally I was bored yesterday and sat on hold listening to this for 3.25 hours! Asks you to say your name to connect you but doesn’t give you time to say your name because the jazz music comes on! I have pushed ‘1’ for Repair and ‘2’ for Sales and NOTHING! I have left voice mails and NOTHING! Not impressed and won’t be wasting any more time trying to get a hold of someone at this place ever again!
