Sometimes it’s hard to get someone to help out at front cash. Pharmacy staff mostly nice but don’t all follow the same rules or guidelines with certain protocols
Open really late The staff are super helpful and understanding, even with returns and picking out gifts for different age groups and genders. The postal services is very convenient. The layout is really nice, organized, spacious and proper.
Clean and quick. The pharmacy is much more organized than my previous shoppers drug mart. They dont spend 15 min just looking for my ready to pickup medications. Well stocked and helpful staff.
I went into the store today to pick up some BBQ sauce as well as mustard because there is always a good sale going on for their sauce selection and as I walked in my husband and I were talking about what seasonings/sauces to get for dinner as we were making ribs, (we were wearing sweatpants and a hoodie) the lady working there who was white, had short blonde hair and side swept bangs kept starring at me and my husband as we walked over to the isle we needed to go to. I only wanted to be in and out. We are a younger couple and she looked older, she proceeded to follow us from where she was standing doing nothing by the self checkout and pretended to fix an already perfect stack of frozen products in the case behind us which is ridiculous, she thought we were stealing and we would never, I felt like it might have done something to do with my ethnicity and the fact I wasn’t wearing “fancy” enough clothing. I truly believe that something needs to be done about this because it is very degrading to be stereotyped. Horrible customer service.
We moved our medication to this SDM about 2 years ago, and the pharmacy team has always been so amazing. Sometimes the doctors office miss faxing (yes - we are still at the age of faxes) and the SDM team is always helpful in getting the prescriptions thru. Love the notification features via text, app and also phone call reminders. Thank you Pharmacy team. We appreciate your kind and helpful approach.
They take care of their customers and work hard everyday. Their great, all of the ppl working their provide a very mandatory and impertinent service for Innisfil. Great work guys!
Majority of the staff aren't very friendly I find it's the pharmacy where I love everyone in there they're all super sweet they are very accommodating now the store half them are really nice they don't go through a lot of stuff which is good there's a couple cashiers that I make a lot of people uncomfortable and they always assume everyone is stealing so you can't shop in there without them calling security or assuming you're going to steal every single thing in sight I understand that happens and they have to be on the lookout I get it but it's a little overboard at least make it a little more discreet so you don't feel like an idiot shopping lol
