It’s my first time ever in Canada and this is my first store to shop and Arian was such a breath of fresh air that took very great care of me , she has excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the fragrances that I desire I’m definitely coming back because of her,thanks Arian and keep up the great work your the best !!!!!!!!!!!!
The employee was extremely helpful as I know absolutely nothing about perfumes. He was friendly and welcoming without being pushy. I am very happy with my experience there.
The manager Maria was very pleasant and accommodating. She helped in choosing nice collection and has a very vibrant spirit. I will be patronizing again.
Xiomara was very helpful and patient as I shopped for myself and significant other. She was knowledgeable about the different scents and was able to make some great recommendations for me. Would definitely shop with her again.
Do not shop here, was sold the wrong (fake) cologne after confirming multiple times stated "thats the only one by that name (brand makes three different ones)". When calling the store, the employee stated that no one in the store would make that mistake but told to speak with the manager Jessica who was not in. Was given her number to contact her at another location and when I got a hold of her she was completely apathetic, stating final sale on unopened product due to COVID-19. I mentioned that the package was still in the bag unopened (wrapped) and it was handled by both the sales associate and myself prior to agreeing to the purchase. Mentioned that other perfume stores i.e. Sephora still accepting returns. Jessica stated well "that is not our policy and its final sale".... update : Just looked at the box and it also turns out to be fake after comparing the same package with that sold in Sephora. Will be looking at reporting this with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. Update: I have already emailed them on the email provided the date this was posted and they have yet to reply.
