Posting this review for Carson. He is an amazing person and an asset for Mountain warehouse. I had an issue with the jacket I purchased from the store but lost the receipt required for replacement. He not only explained the issue with the jacket but also helped with locating the receipt as well. Thank you very much for your help and support.
I love mountain warehouse, but the manager needs lessons in customer service. I found him rude and condescending. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this location.
Came to pick up my online order on Friday evening and the 2 staff were in were absolutely wonderful, friendly and so helpful. Very nice change. I’ll definitely be back
I shopped at Mountain Warehouse stores in different locations and I can tell the customer service here is not great. Yesterday I wanted to buy a few things there and asked one cashier staff that I wanted to use a 10% extra code discount I have and he rejected to apply it at store. He said that is for online shopping only. I hence decided to not shop there and order online instead. The promotion is the same at store and online so why did I have to shop at their store when my extra 10% discount code cannot be applied. I shopped at the Vaughan Mill location before and they did not mind to match the price I would get with any kinds of code at the website . At the end of the day, with good customer service, technically you would get more sales revenue for your store instead of losing the customer to go order online.
This is was my first visit to mountain warehouse at tangler outlets and it was one of my best visit to any clothing store in Canada just because the staff was very helpful. The assistant manager Ritun was very helping and very friendly. Loved the way he helped us to find the best jacket according to our needs .
I shop at mountain warehouse quite often. However my last experience at the Tangier location was not great. One of the staff was rude a lady working there and found her to be rolling her eyes at me. When I asked a question her response and tone was not appreciated. Then I left the store but decided to go back In a minute later and found the staff were talking about me. Very unappreciated that. I would probably stick with thr other locations I go to than this one which left me very sour.
Great selection of merchandise for end of season but very rude and unfriendly sales people. They couldn’t be bothered to help us bring down merchandise that is up high. And as another purchaser mentioned there is an older female sales associate who just had a bored and unpleasant demeanour. I hope the district people can see this and retrain staff.
