I had ordered food from here before, but today I came, the food was very bad and it was very dirty. I do not recommend this place at all. The guy who worked there didn't even wash his hands when he came out of the toilet.
Do not order from the girl with glasses that has Stevie Lee name tag. She gives tiny portions, when you speak out about it she would ignore the customers. We have been going to Guac for years and this is the first time we experienced poor customer service. Also why is this Guac location being so cheap?
i came in to get a chicken bowl as she was asking me “cheese lettuce tomato?” i responded yes lettuce and tomato, she then proceeds to put cheese on it. we get to the next set of toppings and i say just some cilantro lime sauce, she then puts a handful of cilantro on my bowl and when i said no the sauce she then just puts the sauce over the cilantro, i asked if she could fix it and she proceeds to pick out two pieces of cilantro and put a bunch of sauce over it. this was my first time trying and last.
I used to love this place but ever since a few months back, everytime I get my usual the portion of it has been cut in half. They severely skimp you on all of it and they won't add any more sauce or anything without charging you for it. I never have had this issue with any other Mexican restaurant but I will be taking my buissness elsewhere from now on. Anytime I ask questions they always respond with "corporate says so" we'll corporate will be loosing customers. They used to have decent pricing but with half the amount that they give now, its not worth it.
I was there early in the day with my family and the owner of this store was in as well. As we were getting our food made the owner of the store was telling the worker that he had put too much food in my wife's burrito bowl. Hearing that coming from the owners mouth , right in front of me, felt insulting. Hearing this made me not want to come back, as I will feel like I'm just being scammed.
Got the chicken burrito bowl. It was very good. Great service. The place is Mexican, called Guac. Why is there a 1.50 charge for a small scoop of guacamole?
the food is amazing. we got it delivered. the nachos were so good. all the sauce came in the side so they didn't get mushy. the large burrito is LARGE! it's so flavorful and so we'll made. everything was fresh and tasty. I will be back for sure⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
