I now bring my new car here for every service instead of going to the dealership because I trust Mike completely. He has never tried to upsell me or talk me into repairs I don’t need. He always explains things clearly, gives fair recommendations, and I know he’s always looking out for what’s truly best — not just for the business. He has helped me in urgent situations more than once, always fitting me in and never making me feel like an inconvenience. On top of the quality work and fair pricing, Mike is simply one of the kindest, most genuine people. His honesty and integrity as a business owner are rare, and I wish every business ran the way he runs his. I cannot recommend Mike and the team at Nubridge Auto Centre enough. They did an excellent job swapping tires on my 2 cars. Finished both jobs within 30 minutes. Would come back to this shop for my future car needs or repairs.
Terrible shop, no loaner or shuttle provided (even when asked as shuttle was sitting in shop parking lot), ridiculously overpriced quote and terrible customer service.. find another place to repair your vehicle these guys are crooks!

Dropped in to have them check a biggg problem that another mechanic had diagnosed. By the time I left, I felt 100% better knowing that my problem was NOT as bad as other mechanic had led me to believe! Instead of a $2000 repair that I was told I needed, Alex and his team offered another, more economical solution. I left Nubridge Auto feeling relieved & hopeful. My 2 day headache went away and I am looking forward to dealing with these people! Great guys! I even bumped into some old friends & familiar faces who work there! ?
