⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Freshii is always a great choice! The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious every time. The staff are friendly and quick, and the menu has lots of tasty options to choose from. Highly recommend for a feel-good meal! ?✨
I'm very disappointed with this location. Literally everytime I go in, they are out of things...bananas, kale, pineapple, chic peas, mushrooms etc. They NEVER have regular protein, or collagen. I'm not sure what's happening in Innisfil, but the other locations don't seem to have these problems!
Freshii is a great healthy "fast food" type option. They have salads, smoothies, tacos, and wraps and so much more. It can get a little pricey but we don't mind paying more for a quality, healthier option. The kids love it too!
Very impressed with this location and the service was great! My husband and I had come in awhile ago for the first time and were served by an employee who went above and beyond to help us. When we had gone to sit down he even asked us if we would like the radio on to make our lunch a little more pleasant! Great experience, we are planning on coming again soon!
Things are always missing or incorrect amounts. Ordered a salad with chicken. The amount of chicken was not even the full amount & since it was all the shredded bits I'm guessing there just wasn't anymore so they put what they had and didn't call to inform me & give me another option. They've left things out before - didn't have romaine so they just didn't add it to one of my salads & I only had toppings & they let me walk out of there with that! The food is fine, but I'm uninterested in giving them so much money for constantly messing up. My recommendation, go somewhere else.
When I walked in manager Ashly did not even say hi or anything. super rude when I was asking questions. When I got home I noticed she put wayyy to much quinoa in my salad, I called to complain and she started to argue with me and at the end she hug up on me rudely. This is so not how manager should be with customers. I never had any issues until today.
Since the new owners took over , the employees always forget , items , no wonder the business is going down .... poor service , it's not like it's busy there like before
