Went to the store today November 24th around 5:30pm Great service and clean station. The staff was friendly, the pumps worked smoothly, and the store was well-stocked. Quick and hassle-free stop—would definitely visit again
Don’t even bother trying to go to this location before 5:30am. No one is ever at the till and the door is locked even though they are clearly open. Go to the On route on the highway or literally anywhere else to save yourself from starting your day with frustration. The gas is also 10 cents more expensive than everywhere else
Avoid this place unless you want to pay for more gas than you pump! I work close by and would stop here for gas almost every week, NEVER AGAIN! I drive a vehicle with a 73.8 litre gas tank, I filled up from ¼ tank (so roughly 55 litres to fill), but the pump said 71 litres! That's a massive difference and a huge ripoff!
Older Indian lady that drives the silver Honda Odyssey wins the most useless employee award. Id give a zero star if I could. She disappears. Entrance Doors are locked. 4 customers standing at the door trying to buy gas. You can be standing in front of her at the cash to try and pay and she is still on her phone texting. She straight out ignores the customers. How she hasn't been fired is beyond me..
WARNING: This Shell station is well known to falsely advertise its prices on Google to be lower than other gas stations in the area. Don't be surprised to find actual price to be 10 cents higher when you get there. They've been doing this for months, and while everyone else in the area is reporting accurate numbers, the management of this Shell blames fluctuating prices for the difference. Liars! They are not only cheating the consumer but also local businesses who provide honest pricing information. Do the right thing and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
If you are looking for convenience don't look here. They have a non functional ATM and do not do cash back. There was no help offered for the situation.
Pre-paid $20 of diesel on pump 12 and no diesel came out of the pump but the meter went up. Called the lady and her response was "I don't know sorry" this gas station clearly rips off people, you would never notice 10 liters missing from your truck when filling all the way. Glad I only put $20 and realized it's a scam, don't recommend filling up here ever.
