What a terrible experience this place is just a cash grab. I was promised an entire phone cleaning when I picked it up only the charging port was cleaned. $65 just to clean the charging port is a bit crazy. I felt like I was robbed in the bright daylight. Just Terrible.
I was attended to by Favour today, and she was absolutely amazing. She’s polite, patient, and soft spoken. Big thanks to her for the excellent service.
Sent my son’s iPad in with a charging port issue and my laptop with a broken screen. They fixed both for a lot less then other ppl quoted me and had them done exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend using Stroudtech
They tell you it'll be fixed but don't update you if there's issues during repair. Doesn't answer and avoids phone call from myself and my husband. Was told phone will be fixed next day but after calling and calling with no answers had to call and visit the store the next day. Decided not to get it repaired and they returned my phone in a worse state than when I brought it in. Called to speak to the technician just to ask a question and says he is on a call and to leave my name and number. Avoid at all costs. I will never recommend this store unfortunately.
Its a lowkey place, but they got it where it counts. Had a phone screen replaced. Got my cell back next day, looking brand new, working perfectly and for cheaper than the flea market even! Impressive!
Do not go here to get you'r pc fixed my pc had about 50 scratches on it thank God It was new and still had protective layer on the tempered glass got over charged for a battery without the box or instructions or cords just a battery for $170 like really there gouuna keep the box and cords and manual while you pay for it vary disorganized will not be returning...
Outstanding service!! Device that was being fixed was being very stubborn, closed shop and stayed to finish it so we could have it back today! Great job, full trust in this gentlemens experience and superior customer service! Thank you sooo much!!
