Very friendly staff and they are very attentive. Coffee and water glasses did not get near empty. Good portions of food on our plates, and no they don't use tiny plates. Food was good but my home fries could have been done just a little crisper. This was not my first visit so I'm happy here.
The people that posted these reviews must be related to the owners This place is just awful. The date was Sat July 28 The most terrible breakfast ever. Ashbrowns not cooked and gross. The omelette looked like a kid made it. Bottom line. Don’t eat here. They definitely can take pointers from Daybreak, a much better breakfast All I can say is yuk. Don’t eat here. The cooks don’t know how to cook
Absolutely 100% staff is top notch. Friendly, attentive and quick. If a mistake is made(extremely rare) it is fixed without question. Food is good, sometimes pancakes aren't the best. Everything considered, its amazing here.
As usual you can't go wrong with breakfast at Sunset. Friendly servers, quick service, good food with good sized portions. Quick coffee refills. Tried the new meat lovers poutine, enjoyed it. Big meal, would get again. Just feel they could've coordinated just a little better on the timing of bringing the food over, as one member of our family sat with no food, as we all waited for his food to arrive before we could wait.
My wife and 2 children (2.5 year old and 8 month old) absolutely love this Sunset Grill location in Innisfil. I starts with the staff. The manager and chef is AMAZING!!!! We are always greeted with a smile and a good morning, followed with little hello to our kids. You really feel like your part of the family when arriving to your table. The food......... WOW is an understatement. always hot, fresh and big portions and so tasty. Bacon and eggs with a coffee and their freshly squeezed orange juice hits the spot every time. For lunch TRY THE HOMEMADE BURGER....WOW WOW WOW. Enough can be said about it. One of the very best I have ever had. Everything I have had there for take out or dine in has been always fast hot and delicious. 2 thumbs up. It has an old school diner taste and feel and the service is top notch. Cleanliness, is great. Tables floors are always clean upon arrival and even the bathrooms look like they were cleaned just before entering. There are flowers in the bathrooms and a chair as well for an added touch. Talking about added touch, the manager really loves what she does and it shows. I caught her between serving customers watering the outside patio plants and making sure each table was ready to go for customers arrival. Making sure she did a once over of the table to ensure it was set right. Lastly, kid friendly. The manager makes you feel at ease by being super helpful if a mess occurs. To the cook, manager, and the other worker their at Sunset Grill Innisfil, Thank you for making us feel at home with an amazing breakfast and fantastic service. If you want breakfast I would steer clear of this location. Food was meh, home style potatoes were green. Tetley tea costs $3 and marked as specialty tea on the bill. Coffee is also over priced at $2.50 for what tastes like instant coffee. Ordered 2 orange juice for the kids and then got 2 refills. Charged for 4 orange juice at a staggering $14. Were are talking about little kid cups here and this is the first place ever been to charge for refills on kids juice. I really want to support local but this place needs to step up its quality big time
Always excellent breakfast food. My husband and I order all the time it is so yummy. The staff is amazing you feel like you are right at home. Very friendly folks. Fair price. My ultimate is the avocado toast I would not changed it for anything and my hubby favorite is the French Toast simply the best in town.
