Appointment kept.. repaired in time at a very reasonable rate.. photo of problem included .. I will be using this shop and encouraging my family to do the same. 10 out of 10
Took in my car for them to remove a wheel nut that broke while we tried to change our winter tires over. Received a diagnostic with an issue with the front arms which would make my car shake at a certain speed. Although I was left without my car for 3 days while they waited for parts and then for the work to be done I am happy with the service provided by Jason and his team.
I brought my vehicle in for a tire change and my car was returned with three out of four tires missing bolts. I was charged for new bolts that were never installed in my vehicle. When I brought the vehicle back to have the bolts installed I was given no apology or explanation as to why my vehicle was given back to me in this state. When I did phone the shop I was told it’s perfectly safe to drive with missing bolts, lol. This is a hazard for myself and other drivers on the road. I was also told my brakes need servicing when they were just replaced in the last 12 months. My partner was going to start having his vehicle serviced here but we will both avoid.
After paying for diagnostic and then paying to have a new part installed to fix problem the A/C is still not working and they want me to pay for more diagnostics. The shop does not appear to be fully equipped to diagnose problems. VERY DISSATISFIED!
$180 per hour to install brand new customer supplied parts and no warranty on anything - parts I understand but even workmanship? Absolutely ridiculous shop rate so had to cancel my appointment.
Jason was amazing and that's all i have to say . There was a very rude lady named Vanessa who just obnoxious and rude. She needs to work on her verbiage and her attitude towards customers who spend more than $2400 in that shop.
Auto Care Plus inspires confidence in their service. They communicate what has been done or needs done to your car. I am happy to trust that any maintenance or repair that is recommended is good advice and will be fairly priced.
